Hi,
I have a VPD file which is about 4GB , I would like to create a smaller VPD out of the existing one by chopping it to a smaller time range.
DVE does have an option to load the VPD for a given time range . But is there someway to save it.
Thanks |

Sure, VCS comes with two utilities "vpd2vcd" and "vcd2vpd".
You can limit the time when you split the VPD into a VCD.

Look at vcsplit utility (vcs.pdf). You can specify -min & -max to do this.
Good luck
